Join me in supporting the 5th annual World of Mae 5k Run/Walk & 1 Mile FunRun Festival at North Park during the gorgeous autumn foliage. Both the 5K & 1Mile courses feature a mostly shade-covered nature route with smooth terrain to ensure accessibility for strollers, wheelchairs, runners and walkers of ALL paces. Live musicians play every half mile along each course so competitive and leisurely participants alike feel celebrated.
A basket raffle, delicious food, and vendors selling locally made arts & crafts (including me!) round out the event. Come by to run the race or just support local artists and find some coll stuff!
Your registration for this event is a gift that will contribute to the ongoing therapeutic and adaptive care of Ada Grashow who is living with Phelan-McDermid Syndrome. You can follow Ada's story at facebook.com/worldofmae.home and @fairystrong on Instagram

There will also be a variety of food trucks, food vendors and retail vendors as well as face painting.
I'll be running a booth for the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts Shop, featuring my work and other great stuff by local artists. Come by and say hi!
